Cook Job Description

Rotation and inventory of all food each day.

Inventory and waste log are to be turned in to the manager every evening.

Prepping and cooking the food by the provided recipes only.

Following all serv safe regulations.

Filtering fryers every day.

Changing oil every Thursday morning.

Cleaning oil with magnesol.

Keep all appliances CLEAN.

Prep at the end of each shift for the following shift.

Turn in what we are low on and out of with the inventory.

Take out your trash replace bag.

Clean all services and appliances.

Clean all dishes and put away at the end of each shift.

Clean ice machine once a month.
